Getting ready for Harmony Week
Merredin IGA Team Member, Thip, preparing the frequently requested dish, Pork Belly Stir Fry. Thip is often the one behind the hot ready-to-go meals customers love.
The Shire-run event promoted “a fantastic evening filled with live music, global flavours, and family-friendly fun! Enjoy live performances, sip on beverages from around the world, and sample a delicious selection of international foods. Kids can also take part in a fun friendship bracelet workshop!”
The following day, Saturday the 22nd, local children were invited to contribute to a collaborative artwork celebrating diversity and belonging! Organised by local business, Paint the Town, a stunning mural was created showcasing the original artworks of 38 talented young artists.
The artwork is currently displayed on the Merredin IGA store window. IRAM is incredibly proud of the team members who got involved and the Wheatbelt community spirit that made the 2025 Harmony Week Festival possible.
