Their role within the community is indispensable, particularly considering the challenging environmental conditions, such as summer temperatures soaring to as high as 45 degrees Celsius. In such conditions, Tennant Creek Transport's services become even more vital, catering to the needs of all residents, including the most vulnerable.

Their services include: Door-to-Door Wheelchair Accessible (minibus service), town bus service, Greyhound connect service, and business charter service. These services ensure that transportation remains accessible and efficient for all members of the community. Tennant Creek IGA takes immense pride in supporting such a critical service that plays a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life in Tennant Creek and its surrounding areas.
